As soon as you step inside, you will immediately experience a relaxing atmosphere. Indeed the mix of old and new elements, the harmonious combination of light colors along with the traditional architectural style instantly makes Casa Umag an immediate and restful retreat.
Moving beyond the style, the surface area of 70m², makes this house is truly a family-friendly home rental for couples, friends or families with children (sleeping 2 to 5 people). For your convenience the house has two separate bedrooms. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed (180×200) while the second bedroom thoughtfully offers two single beds (90×200).

Therefore, before anything else, savor the first warm rays of the morning sun right there on your private terrace, coffee in hand, as you fully absorb the serene silence of the countryside. This quiet start is the very moment you truly realize: I am on holiday.
Then, as the sun climbs higher, our beautiful saltwater swimming pool invites you for a refreshing dip. This is not just a pool; it has gentle and soft salty-water that is wonderfully kind to your skin and nature. While you enjoy this countryside tranquility, the resort is situated only a 10-minute drive from the calm Adriatic Sea and its beaches. Allowing you and your family to perfectly combine a restful holiday in the peaceful green surroundings of Istria with a wonderful beach escape.
Especially if you cherish a peaceful, rural setting our location is perfect. But don’t worry; you are away from the crowds, but still close enough to the region’s main highlights and the sparkling sea. The real magic is that you won’t waste precious holiday time on long drives; exploring the most authentic, charming villages is wonderfully quick and easy, which is precisely why we are the perfect base for families!
For day-to-day ease, the nearest small village called Bronigla; with its bakery, butcher, small supermarket, pharmacy and several restaurants, is barely five minutes away. You can effortlessly dive into history, discovering gems like the hilltop towns of Groznjan and Motovun, the coastal beauty of Rovinj and Novigrad, local family wineries and most delightfully, the incredible food culture of Istria.
