Casa Umag

a bohemian escape, right at the pool

natural materials and sandy colors

Sand tones, warm wood, and a spot right in the middle of it all — Casa Umag is Cattunari di Valle’s most laid-back corner, bohemian in feel and built for barefoot days by the pool.

barefoot on sand-toned floors

a house that feels like home

Right in the middle of the pool’s longest side, this is the house for mornings that start barefoot on the terrace and end the same way. Sink into the queen-size Auping bed upstairs, or let the kids stretch out in the room next door with two singles of their own. The air stays cool without ever feeling artificial — no hum, no chill, just quiet comfort while the Istrian sun is waiting for you outside.

Downstairs, everything is within reach: a kitchen made for simple meals, a living space that spills easily onto the terrace, and a second toilet so nobody has to run upstairs. Natural materials everywhere you look,  the kind of bohemian ease that makes you forget what day it is. Step outside, and the pool is right there. This is Casa Umag: right in the middle, right where you want to be.
