Yes, all prices shown are per week, per house.
Your stay includes bed linen, towels (3 pppw for indoor use only), access to the shared saltwater pool, garden with facilities, BBQ area, and parking on resort’s site. Final cleaning and local tourist tax are charged separately.
If your baby or toddler under 2 sleeps in the same double bed as you (no extra bed needed), they’re free of charge. In all other cases, pricing is based on the total number of guests staying in the house.
A 5th guest is only possible if it concerns a child under 12, at €150 per week extra (not possible in Casa Groznjan and Casa Rovinj).
Payment is made by bank transfer only, as mentioned in the booking confirmation. We’re unable to accept credit card or cash payments.

Yes, free parking is available on site for all guests.
Yes, both are available upon request, free of charge — except at Casa Groznjan and Casa Rovinj, which accommodate a maximum of 4 guests with no option to add an extra bed for a child under 12.

Ready to reserve? You receive the your booking confirmation with all
details. We ask for a 30% deposit to secure your stay, with the remaining balance due before arrival — so once you arrive, all you need to think about is slowing down.

Check-in is from 16:00, check-out until 09:30. On the day of arrival or departure, we can let you know whether an early check-in or late check-out is possible — this isn’t available without checking with us in advance.
